Now that we have discussed the 3 most important factors that are vital to life (Air, Water, Sunlight), we will discuss the next important things for vital male function:
- Oils
- Minerals
- Tissue Salts
Its hard to argue which one would come first, but we will list them in no particular order.
Oils
Some people think that all oils are bad. That’s totally incorrect. There is a vital need for oil by the organs and the skin of your body. Men are most guilty for not taking vital oils with Omega 3-6-9. Here are some of the symptoms of an oil shortage:
- Cholesterol
- Dry elbows
- Dry feet and heels
- lack of concentration
- Prostrate problems
- Obesity
- joint aches
- liver problems
- coughing and bronchitis
Yes if you have too many of the bad oils in your body, your fat content goes too high and you start suffering with bad self-image problems. No man should ever have margarine in his diet. I once was at a lecture given by a professor at the Pretoria University and told his cancer patients not to come back to him if they used margarine in their diet because he could not help them. Margarine is one molecule away from plastic. In fact if it is heated just a little it more they could make children’s toys from it.
And because guys love to drink, I suggest a strong dose of Lecithin oil capsules ( 4 x 1200mg) before any alcohol is consumed. Lecithin is the primary ingredient of your liver, in fact its 70% of your liver. The original Essential was lecithin but is totally overpriced and the
problem is that the guys drink it afterwards when the damage is done already. I have done experiments on guys in the past with high doses of Lecithin during the night and most of them had no side effects from alcohol the next day.
PS: this is not an excuse to be a reckless drinker. Drinking too much is addictive even though its legal.
If you have your Lecithin or Omega oils before meals they will prevent the wrong fat from going into the body. Its pretty much a weight loss supplement too and can be taken three times a day. The best oils to use are: Flax, Borage, Seal oils. Evening primrose is too low in the
Omega and GLA content and I would not suggest fish oil either because it gets extracted out of the fish liver.
Minerals
Most people dont understand the vital need for minerals. The following minerals should be supplemented in your diet every night before bed time. No minerals should be taken in the day because they dont absorb well and they are inclined to relax you and make you feel tired.
The main ones needed are:
- Calcium
- Magnesium
- Boron
- Selenium
- Chromium
- Iron
Minerals are natural compounds formed through geological processes. In human, minerals are nutrients needed by the body in small amounts to help it function properly and stay strong. Humans need small amounts of about 25 minerals to maintain normal body function and good health 16 of which are essential nutrients and must be supplied by the diet. Many people think minerals and vitamins are the same, but they are not. Minerals, like vitamins, are important nutrients found in foods.
Make sure that the minerals you are taking are NOT from an animal source. Dairy is NOT a source of reliable calcium because it contains a stringy protein in it called Casein which is why so many people have sinusitis these days and weight problems. Get a good natural source of minerals. They help mood problems, emotional disorders and establish good sleeping patterns.
Minerals help bring the bodies PH balance to 6.5 and that is vital for prevention of sicknesses.
Tissue Salts
The Theory of Schussler’s Biochemic Method
The idea upon which Biochemic Therapeutics is based is the physiological fact that both the structure and vitality of the organs of the body are dependent upon certain necessary quantities and proper apportionment of its organic constituents. These remain after combustion of the tissues and form the ashes.
The inorganic constituents are, in a very real sense, the material basis of the organs and tissues of the body, and are absolutely essential to their integrity of structure and functional activity. According to Schussler’s theory, any disturbance in the molecular
motion of these cell salts in living tissues, caused by a deficiency in the requisite amount, constitutes disease, which can be rectified
and the requisite equilibrium re-established by administering the same mineral salts in small quantities. This is supposed to be brought
about by virtue of the operation of chemical affinity in the domain of histology; and hence this therapeutic procedure is styled by Schussler
the Biochemic method, and stress is laid on the fact that it is in supposed harmony with well-known facts and laws in physiological
chemistry and allied sciences.
In Biochemic system as the principle is based on deficiency of the salts, we can use more than one remedies at a time, unlike homoeopathic
system.
There are 12 tissue salt combinations. The average person needs at least two, They are vital for your tissue health. We all realize that we have some deficiencies in our diets I will give a simple formula for you below as to which one you should use.
